Hi! I'm Jessica. I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, also known as a connection reviver & hope restorer. As a Native American woman and transplant from New England, I bring a unique perspective to my work, rooted in my belief that we are capable of change. Many of my clients come to therapy navigating anxiety or depression while managing adult relationships with parents, partners, work stress, and major life transitions.
