I enjoy working with clients who have symptoms of depression, anxiety, burnout, and/or trauma. We will work collaboratively to set and work toward treatment goals. I love seeing clients thrive when they learn and implement healthy coping skills, self-care, and an improved relationship with themselves. There's a reason for behaviors and habits; in therapy, we will explore the root of these coping tactics that may have helped at one time but may not be working for you anymore.
