I'm licensed in the state of NJ and PA! I enjoy having a genuine connection, being someone who listens, and someone who gives someone tangible skills to shape their behaviors and emotions. I deeply care about my clients and give them value and respect as I walk with them on whatever journey they are currently on. I have skill-based training for diagnoses that can overtake someone's life; like eating disorders, substance use, or high risk mental health, or general daily anxiety. I educate my clients on what they are experiencing and explain it in a way that "makes sense". We come from all different paths and I support each everyone.
