After serving the Buffalo area for over a decade, I have experience working with diagnoses across the spectrum. Clients who have clear goals and are motivated to get to work tend to have the most success in therapy. As a therapist, my job is to help provide guidance and education along the way of self discovery. My hope is that each individual learns the skills needed to be in a safe, fulfilling relationship with one's self. Although I work mainly with adults, I am comfortable seeing children as young as 12. I am well-versed in skills to manage interpersonal conflict, build self esteem, cultivate relationships with others and navigate difficult emotions.
