We all face moments when sadness, fear, or self-doubt make it hard to feel capable or confident. Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people as they navigate challenges with communication, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationships, addiction, and the impacts of trauma. People often describe me as down to earth and personable, yet also willing to gently challenge them to stay true to themselves. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where individuals can explore their experiences, build self acceptance, and work towards their goals.
