I'm a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, and Certified Clinical Trauma professional, but more importantly a therapist who believes healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. I combine heart, humor, and evidence-based techniques to help you make real, lasting change.
