My practice incorporates creative and play therapy, but I am flexible in my approach depending on the needs of my client. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. Through nonjudgemental listening, I create a safe place to explore issues such as self-acceptance, coping with family or personal struggles and addressing behavioral issues . Some of the skills that I help my clients develop in session are: identifying emotions, improving coping skills, building communication and strengthening relationships.
