I believe that if we do not cope and deal with trauma that happens in our life, trauma will take over and infiltrate into all areas of our life. I have experience in counseling stroke survivors and survivors of sexual, physical, emotional and mental abuse. In addition, I’m experienced in helping clients work through grief and loss issues. My approach is diverse and client specific focusing on empowerment and becoming active participants in our life. By utilizing a variety of psycho-therapeutic techniques consistent with CBT, DBT, IFS and Trauma informed care, clients will feel supported through their mental health journey.
