About
Affirming therapy for identity, burnout, & becoming yourself. I’m a bi/queer, cis woman (she/her), neurodivergent and parent. My approach is warm, collaborative, holistic, and nonjudgmental. Together we challenge internalized “shoulds,” strengthen boundaries, and build practical coping tools that fit real life. I provide LGBTQIA+-affirming, neurodivergent-informed therapy for adults navigating parenthood, identity exploration, ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, and burnout. I also support individuals connected to adoption or foster care using a Training in Adoption Competency (TAC) approach that honors complexity and lived experience. View 8 Photos I take a collaborative, personalized approach—exploring both your inner world and how your environment affects you. As I often say, “I may be a professional therapist, but you’re the expert on you.” Together, we’ll find a therapy path that fits you—authentic, affirming, and grounded in real-life support.
