Using a body based, heart forward approach - I help you get unstuck and thrive. Our relationship is the foundation of our therapeutic work. Experiential learning in session, psychoeducation, and my genuine investment in your progress fosters your healing. I am Trauma-Informed (Complex Trauma), Psychedelic Therapy Trained, and a Somatic Psychology Graduate Level teacher with a master’s in counseling.
