I appreciate your interest! I am currently accepting new or returning clients. I provide counseling for those (over 18) for individual, 45 minute, in-person, or video sessions. About me: I am New York State licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R). I graduated in 2008 from Binghamton University. I am a knowledgeable and dedicated professional. I've worked for both not-for-profit and a public agency. I look forward to further assisting those in need, and those who have the desire to work collaboratively while improving their overall mental health and quality of life. My education and training is specific to: depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger, life changes, aging, neurodivergence, and adjustment disorders. I've had extensive training in evidence based treatment modalities such at cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy.
