I love collaborating with my clients, deciding together what goals to work on, which includes gently empowering them by focusing on strengths to guide them in reaching their goals. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have experience helping individuals and couples work through anxiety, stress, life transitions, pregnancy, parenting, trauma and losses. My training in a variety of theoretical orientations and approaches allows me to utilize the most helpful tools from each modality to individualize a therapeutic plan. My background includes helping clients work through anxiety, stress management, family, relationships, grief/loss, trauma and life transitions including parenthood, new careers, late-in-life ADHD diagnosis, moving and relationships. I also have experience helping clients in the LGBQ communities with struggles specific to sexuality.
