I love seeing clients who feel stuck in their relationship patterns or personal struggles and are ready to make a change. I see both couples & individuals with a variety of mental health concerns, and work with them to uncover and address the barriers that are holding them back. My passion is working with relationship issues like communication, conflict, infidelity, & parenting. I have a particular interest in LGBTQ+ couples and those in which one or both partners have ADHD. I also specialize in perinatal mental health, and many of my clients have experienced perinatal mood disorders, infertility, miscarriage, or stillbirth. I work from a relational perspective and believe healthy relationships are central to our individual sense of wellbeing. I challenge clients with warmth, empathy, and humor to help them repair and feel secure in their relationships, and build on their strengths to get them moving forward.
