I am best reached by email. As a relational therapist, I want to provide a safe space to explore the different aspects of yourself and the relationships around you. Relationships are complex, the ones we have with others, but especially the relationship with ourselves. We may find ourselves stuck in problematic thoughts and patterns, which can be challenging to change alone. Maybe you feel unmotivated, uninspired, unsure of your future, frustrated with your relationships, or uncertain about how to address your concerns constructively without the discussion turning into a fight.
