I am passionate about helping individuals and couples build resilience during and after adversity and access the full range of their emotional lives. I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in Connecticut and New York, where I conduct individual and couples psychotherapy with adults. My focus areas include anxiety, overthinking, men's issues, depression, trauma, life transitions, professional challenges, romantic relationship struggles, high-achieving behaviors, and finding a better work-life flow.
