I work well with people who are interested in exploring the complexities of their own unique human experience. We can reflect on an array of areas including but not limited to; decision making processes, complicated family/interpersonal relationships, identity, self-concept, self-expression, systemic oppression and trauma, intimacy, confidence building, attachment, core values, and culture. I often work with individuals who feel tired, emotionally dysregulated, disempowered, curious, silenced or misunderstood. My ideal clients are seeking a space of empowerment, representation, accountability and thought provocation.
