Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, family stress, trauma, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by expectations, conflict, or unresolved past experiences. Together, we work on building practical coping strategies, exploring patterns that no longer serve you, and finding new ways to create balance in your life.
