I am a compassionate therapist who helps children, adolescents, and adults who feel overwhelmed with worry, loneliness, sadness, and interpersonal conflict. My areas of focus are anxiety, depression, trauma and stressor-related disorder, ADHD, and autism. I am passionate about social justice and supporting members of the BIPOC community. I take a holistic and trauma-informed approach and provide you with resources that help strengthen your protective factors. I help you understand and recognize triggers, develop healthy coping skills, and take steps to integrate these skills into your daily routines.
