Therapy, for me, is not only about easing pain—it is about awakening to the life that waits on the other side of it. I work with adults who feel a pull toward personal growth, deeper self-understanding, and spirituality. My approach is psychodynamic, Jungian, and developmental, creating a reflective space where you can slow down, listen inward, and make sense of the story your life has been telling. I am especially drawn to working with therapists who need a place to process their own countertransference, and with artists and creative individuals who wrestle with the emotional and existential weight of creativity.
