Hi, I’m Jilian. For the past 13 years, I’ve had the honor of supporting individuals and families facing the complexities of cancer and chronic illness in a large urban hospital in NYC. This work has deeply shaped who I am as a therapist—grounded, compassionate, and attuned to the courage it takes to live with uncertainty, pain, and loss. I specialize in working with those navigating chronic illness, as well as the anxiety, depression, isolation, and grief that often come with it. I have a special focus in women’s health, helping clients explore how physical health, identity, and emotional well-being intersect throughout one's life.
