Hi and welcome! I'm a licensed independent clinical social worker, practicing in East Longmeadow. With deep roots in the communities of East Longmeadow, Longmeadow, and Wilbraham, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work. With years of experience and a calm, approachable presence, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. Building and maintaining an authentic rapport with my clients is of utmost importance to me. I genuinely care about the wellbeing of others, and I believe that shows in my approach to therapy. I specialize in working with young adults but I'm comfortable working with a variety of populations. I take a collaborative approach to therapy when working with clients and I’m committed to creating an inclusive and affirming environment.
