I enjoy supporting individuals with both personal struggles as well as relationship challenges. Looking at and figuring out life paths and next steps inclusive of home, family, employment and friendships are especially rewarding. One of my favorite saying is "life is not a set of railroad tracks; you can change direction, adjust, bend, or loop around anytime. You are never stuck on the tracks you are on." I work with a variety of Mental Health diagnosis and utilize multiple treatment modalities. I am very comfortable treating anxiety, depression, eating disorders and mood disorders.
