I help teens, emerging adults, and adult clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustments and life transitions. I provide a client-centered and intersectional approach to therapy to make sure clients feel comfortable and at ease as they go through this vulnerable process. I approach my therapy sessions with warmth, compassion, and a sense of humor.
