Finding a therapist can be overwhelming and sometimes downright intimidating. No matter if it's your first time and you have no idea what to expect or you are a seasoned veteran looking to get back in, what I strive to do is make the process as natural and easy as possible. I enjoy learning about you, teaching skills, and balancing validation with problem solving. My clinical experience includes working with people of all ages on reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, personality disorders, substance abuse, and co-occuring disorders. I can also assist you with other goals such as improving your relationships or managing stress.
