I am flexible to meet your needs in person and remotely. Feeling stressed, lost, and overwhelmed are common ways people experience and cope with difficulties. Sometimes we can all feel that there is nowhere to turn for support. Thankfully, finding great encouragement and understanding can quickly put us on a healthier path. I feel very fulfilled while helping others during a struggling time. I myself have learned that struggles can be temperary, and that there are ways to cope while extreme stress situations are underway. Gaining coping skills and improving ones mindset and approach can create a better outcome for ourselves
