If you're struggling with feeling your fullest, best self, I can help. I’ve been a NYS licensed, nationally board certified Art Psychotherapist (LCAT, ATR-BC) for over 20 years and a registered yoga teacher (RYT) for nearly as long. In addition to running my own private practice in White Plains, I am part of two dynamic wellness groups in Westchester area private practices and I consult with a nonprofit agency serving populations in need in and around Manhattan. Additionally, I teach yoga classes at a studio in Greenwich, CT. Working with clients interested in becoming more connected to their whole selves is my speciality.
