My name is Jill Hanna and I offer compassionate mental health counseling tailored to help individuals weather tough times and rediscover the joy in life. I believe in fostering resilience and providing tools for emotional well-being. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I work with adults who struggle with a variety of mental health concerns including trauma, anxiety, and depression. I believe that humans have an incredible capacity for growth and sometimes you just need a little help finding it. I am here to help you learn how to ride the waves of hard times, be in the present, and see what is possible. I have been serving the community for more than 10 years as a case manager, Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and Mental Health Counselor. I have training in DBT, EMDR, CBT, CET, I-CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and more. I have pride in serving the LGBTQ+ community.
