Counseling is very personal and self-empowering, and I would love to help guide you on that journey. Through counseling you can expect to learn more about your thoughts and emotions and gain tools to cope with life stressors so that you can achieve your goals for personal growth. I take a collaborative approach to counseling where I believe that you are your own expert and play a crucial role in working towards your goals. Counseling is great for changing our patterns that no longer serve us, unpacking difficult emotions, or for just talking things through. I'd be glad to take that first step with you. My style is based primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; however, I often integrate various approaches based on each person’s unique needs.
