Most of my clients seek therapy because they feel stuck at some point in their life. Life is filled with transitions that can be positive or negative, often forcing us to step outside of our comfort zone. Many experience trauma, loss of a loved one, changes in jobs, having to move, health issues, and changes in family dynamics. At times we become emotionally paralyzed by feelings of stress, anxiety and depression, but it doesn't have to stay that way. My clients want to break free and learn how to overcome negative feelings that are preventing them from being happy, confident, connected, and living their best lives.
