Hi, I’m Jill Mooney, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. My area of focus includes individual therapy with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, women’s health, anger management, and self-esteem issues.
