Navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, OCD, or other concerns is hard, and you don’t have to do it alone. As a clinical psychotherapist, I’m dedicated to helping individuals move through life’s challenges in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. My experience spans private practice and acute inpatient care at Yale NH Psychiatric Hospital, where I’ve supported adults at every stage of life.
