I specialize in working with individuals 12 and up who struggle with traumatic experiences such as sexual abuse and domestic violence. I too support those who struggle with depression, anxiety, and loss of ability to control anger impulses. Ideally, I want each client I work with to leave with a sense of hope for the future. I come from a person centered, trauma informed, and strengths based approach to help you on your journey of growth.
