I am a psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience counseling adults & adolescents in psychotherapy. I help clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, OCD, marital/relationship problems, eating disorders and body image problems, and loss. I also help clients with stress-management, life transitions, and self-care. My approach is client-centered, and I help my clients improve their sense of well being through insight therapy, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I enjoy working with clients throughout the life cycle.
