My name is Jill Shanteau and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Columbia, Missouri. I specialize in offering trauma-focused therapy to adults. My professional mission statement is to inspire, encourage and empower people to live authentic and self-compassionate lives. Sometimes this can be accomplished through traditional "talk therapy." Other times, a trauma-focused therapy such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) may be helpful. The goals we set in therapy are driven by what matters most to you. My hope is to partner with you to help you accomplish the life you want to live.
