I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist whose focus is on helping clients move from where they are now, to a better place in their lives. Whether the main goal is reducing anxiety, increasing self-esteem, healing old wounds, or improving relationships, we will work together to upgrade your life! Near and dear to my heart is working with clients who are struggling with self worth and/or relationship issues. I find that many of us have a nagging sense that we are "not good enough", and this shows up in a variety of symptoms.
