Due to imperfect childhoods, we develop defenses to help us cope. While we needed these defenses as children, they can become obstacles in our adult life, since they block our true feelings and greatest potential. I will actively collaborate with you to uncover these defenses and empower you to live a full, authentic, and joyful life. Having a genuine connection to a therapist you trust and like is key for therapy to work. I am naturally warm, easy to talk to, and enthusiastic about this process.
