Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both New York and New Hampshire. I have been practicing for the last 24 years, working with clients of all ages. For the last few years I have been working solely with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, history of trauma, adjusting to life changes and stressors. My clients have often told me that I am able to give them a new perspective they have never considered, or that it was just nice to have someone listen to them. Our first session will consist of brief introductions to each other, completing the intake assessment where you inform me of the problems you are having and what you want to do about them.
