Life is full of stressors and prioritizing mental health is crucial to feeling less overwhelmed. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of CT, NC and SC. I’ve been practicing for over 25 years, but in the last decade have shifted my main focus to clients ages 10 and above who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and life stressors. Engagement in therapy provides emotional support, improved mental health, increased self-awareness, enhanced coping skills and personal growth. I look forward to helping you feel more at peace.
