I am accepting new clients! I work with children, adults and parents. When working with adults, I I combine several traditional mental health therapies with energy psychology, somatic healing, oracle cards and Reiki. I work with adults around sadness, stress, trauma and healing old wounds. I help adults discover where their patterns and blocks come from and help them shift and heal so they can live a happier, more authentic life. The integration of the energy psychology, mind body approaches and Reiki moves the needle so much more than talk therapy alone. I consider myself spiritually friendly and welcome all. View 4 Photos When working with parents I have two offerings. 1. Parent Counseling which is where I help the parent understand themselves better. I support them in discovering why they get triggered and help them heal the patterns of the past. 2. Parent Coaching which is where I help the parent understand their child's behaviors and support them in helping their child.
