My clients come to me when they are struggling with many different things such as anxiety, divorce, depression and trauma. Their goals generally are to improve their overall well-being and to learn new skills or process acute stressors in a non-judgmental environment. I help my client's by being there for them when they are in need. I have a unique perspective and often connect with my clients. I am trained using brain spotting, which helps clients with trauma. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and emotionally focused therapy and have been trained in EFTC.
