I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity on your journey toward healing, growth, and deeper self-awareness. My work is grounded in anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practice, with a focus on LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent affirming care. I use a person-in-environment lens to acknowledge how systemic forces shape our experiences and hold space that is non-stigmatizing, compassionate, and culturally humble.
