Life transitions (including the family building process, pregnancy and postpartum periods) are vulnerable and transformative times. Often, the emotions that we experience during time periods of change do not align with the expectations that we had for how we would feel. I aim to provide a safe space for the processing and understanding of your emotions and guide you in developing tools to help you feel grounded. I have a passion for working with young adults transitioning to a more independent phase of their lives, women navigating family planning/building, and those who identify as empaths/highly sensitive.
