Hello! I'm a licensed therapist in Huntington. At this time I'm seeing clients online. The idea of therapy can sometimes be overwhelming, even more overwhelming then what lead you to search for a therapist in the first place. The truth is, however, that therapy can be whatever you need it to be. Whether something as big as a life transition or something as small as a series of bad days, the therapeutic relationship can be a tool for examining, venting, learning, or guiding. It is a nonjudgmental space where you can bring anything on your mind and find the support you need to move through and forward. My therapeutic style can benefit individuals experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, challenges with their family dynamic, and overall difficulties with low self-esteem. The goal is to empower you to work through your current issue and any future ones so you can live more fully in the world. We will work collaboratively towards your recovery.
