All humans have the capability to create change and find true, lasting peace within. As a therapist, I have the honor of joining you on your journey towards self-discovery and creating the life you have envisioned. Each client of mine has an individualistic life experience and I strongly believe in providing an individualistic path to healing. I help clients to set realistic goals for themselves, while reducing unhealthy and/or problematic patterns that prevent personal growth and goal achievement.
