I strive to break the barriers of mental health stigmas. I want to provide a safe, comfortable environment for my clients to be able to vent and heal from their stressors while expressing themselves in talk therapy. Therapy should be a place for the client to benefit and gain insight from an unbiased approach. I look forward to assisting my clients in their individualized journey of healing. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify goals and help them process suppressed memories and current stressors.
