I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I understand that coming to counseling is not always easy. I am here to help you through whatever challenges you face with an open mind, without judgment, and attentive listening. Counseling is most effective when you feel comfortable with the therapist you choose . I will do my best to make you feel as comfortable as possible and build a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship with you so I can best help you achieve your goals. I have a strength-based approach and work from a cognitive behavioral orientation, using skills of CBT and DBT.
