Therapy with me helps you hear your own voice, trust it, untangle the patterns that hold you back, set boundaries that protect you, and move through life with clarity, courage, insight, resilience, and a little badass energy. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, attachment patterns, major life transitions and more. Many of my clients are insightful, capable, and emotionally aware—but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or others. Together, we slow things down, get curious, and untangle the patterns that no longer serve you.
