Hello! I am so happy you are choosing to focus on your mental wellness. Finding the right therapist can be challenging but here is what you can look forward to in working with me. I have over twenty years of experience assisting patients cope with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety and substance abuse disorders. I view you as a person first. I work with my clients to give them the tools they need to be successful in and outside of therapy. I offer sessions virtually and in person in order to make receiving help as accessible as possible.
