I believe in helping people discover their hidden resources to cope more effectively with the difficulties of life, including bereavement, complicated grief, mood disturbance, depression, anger, anxiety, behavior problems of youth, and the effects of addiction on family. I enjoy working with adolescents, children, adults, and families. Expressive approaches include therapeutic music, sand tray therapy, forest therapy, solution focused narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am accepting new clients. I also offer therapeutic music as one modality for people of any age who prefer an expressive approach. For those who find nature a coping resource, I offer Forest Therapy.
