I am a licensed mental health counselor based in Barre, Vermont. I have been serving people since 1989 in a variety of helping relationships, including: case management, career counseling, emergency mental health intervention, and psychotherapy. I use an integrative approach to therapy customized to my client's needs, including: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), positive psychology, supportive counseling, mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I offer individual and couples counseling. Treatment can be as brief as one session or can extend over time.
